Businesses Interested in Exporting

If you are interested in exporting your product or service overseas, you can contact the U.S. Department of Commerce's Trade Information Center (TIC) at 1-800-USA-TRAD(E). The Trade Information Center is a comprehensive resource for information on all U.S. Federal Government export assistance programs. The Center is operated by the International Trade Administration for the 20 federal agencies responsible for managing the U.S. Government's export promotion programs and activities. Or connect to the TIC website at http://tradeinfo.doc.gov for information on trade regulations and documentation, market research, country-specific information, and to submit requests for general information.

To access a wide range of U.S. government resources associated with exporting, connect to http://www.export.gov, the Department of Commerce's export portal. Here you can get help starting your export business and maneuvering the export process, accessing new markets, solving trade problems, learning about trade events in the U.S. and abroad, and finding out about all Department of Commerce trade programs.
