Electronic Commerce

You may need to establish a presence on the internet in order to market your business. You may even want your business to strictly be an internet enterprise. Many companies are finding that having a web page can help grow their business. They can showcase the products and services they are selling, and even allow customers to order products directly from the internet. The Department of Commerce has two web sites to help you, Electronic Commerce Policy site and National Telecommunications and Information Administration and the Small Business Administration has SBA-Net. They can help you find funding for internet start-ups, inform you on the latest government regulations, and give you ideas for your business model.
