Taxpayer Education and Communication (TEC)

The SB/SE TEC mission is to educate and inform SB/SE taxpayers and representatives about their tax obligations by developing educational products and services focused on customer needs and by providing top quality pre-filing services to help taxpayers understand and comply with the tax laws. Utilize leveraged partnerships with major stakeholders through negotiated voluntary agreements to assist in the design, development and delivery of educational products and services.

Organizational Structure of TEC

The TEC activities have been divided into three different and distinct functions. This composition will allow the development of a comprehensive strategy for delivering effective small business products and services that will be based on customer needs and characteristics.
